hellos my dear diary.(:i guess,im getting lazy to blog.Zzzz.
yessss.REALLY.due to those works piling up in the ward and also the time-frame to complete all the skills.its really stressSTRESS+more stress.yesterday during my break,when NUS to have lunch.together with Daphne Evelyn Hanif and Fash.yeahs.Fash bought all of us there.the food there is very CHEAP and NICE can.!~woots.(:
okays.a summary of those skills that i've done during the second day of attachment until now.(: p/s not trying to show off or anything eh.
INITIAL :
1.Perform appropriate disinfection of equipment
2.Handle and dispose of body fluids
3.Admit patient
4.Asisst in the transfer/discarge of patient
INITIAL+COMPETENCY :
1.Handle sterile items
2.Demostrate the 5'R's in administering medication
3.Despatch of specimen.
