ohGAWDD.!!today is like only the first day lurhs.and,my leg is gonna break can.!!!like really anytime now.LOL.:/
'cos its really freakinggggg BUSY sia.!as from the first day, our CI already told us that this ward is a BUSYYYY ward and you can rarely not find things to do.:/
first thing i do after stepping into the ward in the morning,is sign attendance file;take report then BED-BATH.!!LOL.
okays.its already freaking BUSY.!but,something pissed me and Vithiya off further.this particular patient who is on hourly parameter,has _ _ _ _ too.so,we ran all the wayyy to the front to get sethoscope and stuffs.'cos they used the things separately from the rest.we findFINDfind,all dont have lors.but,we FINALLY found.ran all the way back wanna take parameter already.saw theres already no yellow tag there.asked the S/N,she say the patient have already CLEARED _ _ _ _.kao eh.:/ omgzxzxzxzxz.
okays,dont wanna mention those unhappy stuffs already.shall mention those happier stuffs then.(:
i've some satisfaction of myself today.(:
get CI to signed 2 skills for me on my logbook.(:she accessed me as one of it is critical skills.and,another skill should be completed in 1.1 'thou,but i didnt.-fleet enema and demostrate 5'R's of administering medication.(:
nevermind.its only the beginning,theres still a long long way to go.(: JIAYOUUUUS.!(:
'thou some of them have already done the initial pratice of feeding via N/G.LOL.?okays.i shant compare further.
