okayyyyys.didnt blog yeaterday only,i guess.?
sorry lurhs.'thou i did came online.but,i was really busy researching for my case-study thingy.and,today more worst.morning shift somemore wors.then in the end,yesterday night only slept for 2hours.:'(

yesterday - completed initial of oral feeding and NGT feeding and aspiration.!(:
today - completed initial of nasal prong and competency of oral feeding and competency of disinfection.!(:whees.
handed up case-study today.(:one hurdle down.
actually,wanna complete competency of NGT feeding today.but,through my own STUPIDDD assumption thinking that since yesterday initial then why today can competency.after that,i go ask paz.wakaO eh.she say can lors.and,i damn regretted it.!>.< aarghs.
'cos evelyn will do the last feeding.and after that,the patient will be DISCHARGE.!!
and,there goes my skill and competency.:/rawrrrrs.
tomorrow,we'll be knowing which rehab/elderly care centre we'll be going.(:hope the results ain't that bad.
