here comes what happen during dinner time.:
all the diets have already been served to patients,pushed nicely near to them,etc.then afterwhich,we took the clinical charts to chart all the I/O.the AN then approach J first as she is the nearest compared to me.
AN: what the fuck are you doing.?

then,she approached me.
AN: what are you doing.?
ME: updating I/O.
AN: for what are you updating all the I/O.?all the charting can be done last.if not,you'll have to do the job twice and its not accurate.-hey,hellos.its like please lurhs.we do the job twice is your problem izzit.?is we do what,also not you do.FUCK sia.
AN: i still have alot of people who needs asisstance in feeding.go and help.
